Ham & Potatoes

Ham & Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Oil pan for easy clean-up (really easy clean-up if using a cast iron pan)
  2. open and dump a jar of preserved ham in the bottom of the pan
  3. on top add layers of:
    1. sliced potatoes
    2. onions
    3. cheese
    4. salt & pepper
    5. sprinkling of flour
    6. dabs of butter
  4. add milk, about half-way up the contents
  5. on top, sprinkle some bread crumbs
  6. bake til potatoes are soft
